Access provides a variety of community health services nationwide

Mission: ​The mission of Access to Wholistic and Productive Living Institute Inc. (Access), is to promote sustainable health and improve the quality of life by addressing public health and public education needs.

Access’s staff and Board of Director are dedicated to the prevention, reduction and elimination of health inequities through promoting and improving access and affordability to human, health and social services. Access strategically identifies and utilizes a socio­ecological and collective impact approach to its high­quality, culturally competent, and linguistically appropriate services. As demonstrated in the graph to the right by activity, Access's business is dynamic and diverse. Our staff is trained for the best results for outcomes including organizations such as CADCA National Coalition Academy, Healthy Families America, Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, and the CDC's REACH program.

Chief Operating Officer
Ralph Williams is the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Access to Wholistic and Productive Living Inc. (Access), where he oversees all financial, business and community development projects. He also manages the organization’s Butt Out (tobacco use alleviation program) and Men’s Health Initiative (a healthy lifestyle program) programs.

Ma’Sheka A. Thomas

Program Manager
Ma’Sheka A. Thomas (MBA, CHW, TTS) is a blogger, business consultant, Community Health Worker, and Tobacco Treatment Specialist. Over the past year, she has worked HIV positive clients, Smoking cessation services, and programs to reduce infant mortality rates. She earned her M.B.A. in 2017 from the University of Baltimore with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change. Her goal is to be involved with the community and practice integrative medicine approaches.

Executive Director
Dr. Muwwakkil is the Founder and Executive Director of Access to Wholistic and Productive Living Institute Inc., and has over 15 years of experience as an Executive Director working with non-profit organizations.
